Eligibility Requirements

a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or global equivalent,
a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
a minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.

Exam will be from Pearson VUE

Exam Format

Exam time: 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Exam questions: 145 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions
Language: English
Exam method: Computer-based exam

How can I remain certified?

Your PHRi certification is valid for 3 years after testing and to maintain your PHRi credential according to HRCI, you must earn 60 General HR Credits over the three-year time span or retake exam.

Can I attend this training if I am a beginner in HR field?

The training course itself doesn’t have any pre-requisites, but in order to apply for the exam you need to fulfill PHRi exam pre-requisites.
