Course Objective

The Associate Professional in HR – International (aPHRi™ training course) is a globally relevant credential that is designed for professionals who are just beginning their HR career journey and proves their knowledge of foundational Human Resources. It is meant for entry level HR practitioners with no professional experience. The credential demonstrates mastery of generally accepted technical and operational HR principles. Exam questions: 100 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions

How can I remain certified?

Your aPHRi certification is valid for 3 years after testing and to maintain your aPHRi credential according to HRCI, you must earn 45 general HR credits over the three-year time span or retake exam.

Can I attend this training if I am a beginner in HR field?

The training course itself doesn’t have any pre-requisites, but in order to apply for the exam you need to fulfill aPHRi exam pre-requisites.
